i just recently ordered with ultrasabers for the second time and spent over $2000 between 2 different orders. the first time i ordered from them was around the time the kenobi series came out (june 2022). I received my stunt sabers promptly with no issues.
with my second orders i had a change of heart about a $350 bundle that was already in processing and wanted to switch for other custom sabers equaling the same value. the website chat system was extremely helpful with getting me in contact with a rep by email and answering my MANY MANY questions. once in contact with brent through email we spoke back and forth a few times and within 24 hours of making new choices he was able to walk me through the process to switch the items and they began fabricating. bad reviews i often see seem to around the time of pandemic and parts shortages. everyone i talked to at this company was nothing but pleasant quick and friendly. a great team, with great products at a fair price. 10/10 recommend in 2023

I had bought a saber a while back from them and it had an electrical issue within the warranty period. I reached out, and they said they wouldn’t fix it. I heard their customer service was better now, so i reached out, and they apologized and said they would fix it, just email them. 4 weeks later, still no response.

$400.00 light saber that was defective. Bad contact connection at speaker within the warranty period. They refused to honor the warranty, then they were going to fix it, changed their mind. Poor customer service, broken promises.

Great construction! The weight makes it easier to spin. It is very durable and holds up in a "fight."

JUNK! Do NOT believe their website reviews. Spent 500+ dollars with this company, sabre worked a couple times, no help from company customer service.

So, I had what I would call a ...unique experience with this company. I purchased a "Consular" saber (green lit, with sound effects), and got a very interesting sound byte when I actually tried it out. I tried some basic swings, and it did the proper light change and sound effect for a "flash on clash" that you would expect on any popular brand. Turns out though, that when I tried pulling back and swinging, that the light disengaged and the sound effect turned to a whisper of a female voice saying "f***ing idiot". I tried it several times to confirm that this was, in fact, what it was saying, and like clockwork, every time it said the same thing in the same whispered voice. I mean, if you are sparring or cosplaying and want to either throw your opponent off (in the case of sparring) or make yourself a laughingstock...or both, it will probably do the job better than any saber on the market, but if you want a good quality saber, from a company that doesn't laugh at you behind your back, I would not advise buying A THING from this company.

I bought a saber for my son and did not know much about them. Once we received the saber the quality was excellent. Very happy with it. Even better was the support. They respond very fast which was so much appreciated. I had to reach out a couple of times and they gave me very detailed help. I highly recommend they are a great company and nice to have the support that they provide!

I just ordered a replacement set of batteries for my sabers. After 4 years of stunt use and contact sparring action these sabers have held up through it all! I was pretty impressed at durability! I'd recommend using a light wrap of electrical tape around the batteries to keep them from falling out on those heavy hits. I would recommend UltraSabers over the other brands of sabers.

Amazing! This is by far the most beautiful saber in my collection! The quality of the hilt and blade makes them great for show or play! Highly recommended!

I spent $572 on an obsidian saber.. just for the obsidian launchers not to work with the saber, that and the battery and the charger it came with sucked. The battery caught fire and almost exploded when I put it in the charger, the blade constantly flickers a bunch of colours when I don't want it to. I wish I went to this site first. I can't even get a refund cause it'll be in store credits, I don't want to use this place at all anymore.

I have ordered 3 lightsabers from Ultrasabers, and none of them were half bad. I definitely plan on buying many more. You guys are doing great

I love the Mystery Box at Ultra. You have a really good chance of getting a premium Hilt and Sound. Freaking awesome.

So I bought this as a gift for my boyfriend for our anniversary. I loved the options ultrasabers had and my friends helped me pick out the right parts and colors. I even got him a combat and show blade too. Quality is top notch and the blades are perfect. Shipping was fast and tracking was spot on. Can't wait to get another one from you guys.
