"Pretty straightforward pricing overall"
I’d probably give Ultrasabers around 4 stars because the pricing was fairly easy to follow. The base prices seemed clearly listed, and when I added different options, the total updated so I could kind of keep track of where the cost was going. Shipping and extras did add up a little faster than I expected, so I’d definitely suggest double-checking everything before you check out. But overall, I didn’t really feel tricked or confused, which isn’t always the case with sites like this

"Awesome Saber… Until the Electronics Betrayed Me"
I was having a blast with this saber at first. The blade looks seriously cool and it definitely has that dramatic, ready-for-battle vibe. But then, after only about two weeks, the electronics started flickering like the whole thing was about to have its tragic final scene. I reached out to support, and they did respond, but it was slower than I hoped. Fun saber overall, just really disappointing that the electronics couldn’t keep up.

"Looks fine, but shipping was frustrating"
The saber itself looks fine and it did arrive safely in the end, but the shipping took longer than I expected. The tracking barely updated for a few days, which was annoying, and there wasn’t any follow-up or communication to let me know what was going on. I had to just wait and hope it showed up. Overall, kind of an average experience.

"Tracking was easy"
My order tracking worked fine and updated once the saber shipped. It did take a little while before the first scan showed up, so I was kinda wondering what was going on at first. But after that it was easy to follow and it arrived when expected. Overall, good experiance.

"Super solid saber, honestly legit"
Not gonna lie, I was surprised by how sturdy this thing feels. The hilt has a nice weight to it, and nothing feels wobbly or cheap at all. I’ve been swinging it around a bit, and it still looks and works great. The blade fits nice and tight too. For the price, the build quality is seriously dope

Ordered from ultrasabers.com mostly because they actually had the parts I needed when other places didn’t. Site was easy enough to use, and didn’t have to sit around waiting for restocks. Got everything without any hassle, and the parts matched what I picked. Happy with the order and would use them again if I need more saber bits later

"Pretty fun to customize"
I picked the hilt, blade color, and sound setup, and it was all easy. There were a bunch of options, maybe almost too many, but in a good way. I just kind of messed around with it for a bit and ended up finding something I liked.

"Great saber, painfully slow support"
I really like the saber itself, but dealing with the warranty support felt like an epic quest I did not sign up for. It took days to get replies, and I had to explain the same issue more than once, which was frustrating. They did eventually answer, but it never really felt quick or super helpful. For something at this price, I was expecting support to swoop in a little faster if anything went wrong.

Just a warning for anyone thinking about buying this: it looks decent indoors, but once you’re in normal lighting, the blade is way too dim. I was expecting it to stand out more, but it really doesn’t unless the room is dark...

"Worth the wait, just a bit stressful"
I ordered from outside the US and was just a little nervous about how shipping would go. It did take longer than I was hoping, and the tracking went quiet for a few days, which was kind of stressful. But the package showed up in good shape, nothing was damaged, and the saber looks great and works well. Giving it 4 stars just because the waiting part wasn’t the best.

"Shipping Took a While, But the Saber Is Good"
Shipping was slow, honestly. I kept checking the tracking like every day, waiting for it to move from one place to another, then waiting for it to actually show up, then wondering if it was stuck somewhere. But once the saber finally arrived, it was totally fine. The build feels solid, the light looks good, it turns on without any issues, and nothing seemed damaged or weird out of the box. So yeah, the delivery took longer than I hoped, but the saber itself is nice and I’m happy with it

"Small hiccup, but they handled it well"
My order showed up with a small issue, and I was a little stressed for a minute because I had just gotten home from work and was trying to open everything on the kitchen counter. I emailed support that evening, and they replied quickly. It took a couple messages back and forth to get it all figured out, but they were friendly and ended up making it right. "The item itself was fine, but the color…"
The item itself was fine, but the color looked different in person than it did online. I know screens can be weird with colors, my laptop makes everything look brighter than my phone, which is a whole separate annoyance, but this was still more off than I expected. Not a total dealbreaker, just something to keep in mind if you're ordering based on the pictures.

"Showed Up Way Too Late"
I ordered from ultrasabers expecting it to arrive somewhere around the date they gave me, but the timing was way off. The tracking barely updated, so I was stuck checking it over and over and basically guessing what was happening. It did finally show up, and the saber itself is fine, but I needed it as a gift and it missed the date by a lot. Frustrating when you’re planning around a delivery window that turns out not to mean much. I’d rather they just give more realistic dates up front.

“Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.”
